Whole trip from Warsaw to New Delhi, where Darren and Charlotte kindly hosted the four of us, took around 20 hours. After that we where completely exhausted. Next morning (well… somewhere around 1pm), after a huge breakfast we took a quick ride to down town Delhi just to breath some local air and feel the mood.
While strolling around dirty and smelly narrow alleys of Old Delhi we saw this little girl washing her feet in a grimy puddle. At the very same time Darren and I pointed our cameras and her and stared shooting. Surprisingly for me, we encouraged her to come closer.
2 minutes and 20 Indian rupees later this came up – one of the first photos I took after landing in New Delhi.
