Note that this one is pretty unusual for me.

First of all, I didn’t use any post processing (except the copyright note) – I mean none.

After arriving to Madeira, I had some sleeping issues and woke up around 6am. Without any hesitation I took and camera with a polarizer on and went for a walk around our hotel. The weather was perfect and (as you can see), sky at sunrise pretty incredible (partly thanks to the polar filter).

And secondly I’m really not into pictures without any people in them these days. Anyway the symmetry (broken slightly by a window) captivated me so much I took more then 20 pictures of the scene. Using different angles, settings, jumping around, wallowing on the ground and looking for The Shot.

Finally this is it. No black frames, no people, no photoshop. Just a sleepy Madeira sunrise.
